Art. Lebedev it's a great design studio, the largest design company in Russia.

Read their Constitution:
1 The Universe is designed for creation, and the Art. Lebedev Studio is its center. Therefore, the Studio's flag, anthem and logo are Universal Insignias, which inspire the Universe to serve the needs and free spirit of the Team.
